Hi, thanks for scheduling an appointment with me. Here’s a bit more information about my background, and a few of the articles I’ve written that can help you understand my approach and philosophy toward marketing.
I started my work career in a B2B family business. It was in that setting that I first learned how important it was to be useful to your customers. By being helpful, giving them good service, and by sharing my knowledge of the products and services we offered I built strong relationships with people working in many different industries. In return, those customers were loyal and recommended us to their friends and co-workers. The business grew.
Later, I worked for years in graphic design, marketing, and advertising. In the same way, I built up relationships based not just on delivering a good product and services, but by researching customer problems, and finding good solutions.
Most recently, I started this company with a certain vision in mind, that companies needed help keeping their websites up to date. What I found, by listening and learning from the marketplace, was what was lacking most was knowing WHAT to do online, and WHY. I discovered that content marketing was a framework that brought together my personal experience with an answer to these questions. Content marketing’s messages are clear:
Be useful. Be helpful. Give without always trying to sell. Educate your customers. In return, they will trust and look to you for answers.
